Abstract: The rapid evolution of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping education worldwide, creating both opportunities and challenges for teachers and learners. The objective of this article is to examine how AI contributes to the development of communication culture in the teaching process, understood as a set of linguistic competence, social etiquette, critical thinking, and mutual respect. The study is based on theoretical foundations of sociocultural learning and communicative action, as well as practical classroom experiences. Materials for analysis include current research in AI-mediated pedagogy, case studies from higher education, and examples from military academic contexts where communicative competence is crucial. The methods applied involve a comparative review of the literature, observation of AI-enhanced learning environments, and evaluation of classroom practices supported by AI tools such as chatbots, adaptive writing assistants, and simulation platforms.

The results indicate that AI provides personalized language support, stimulates dialogue, creates immersive role-play environments, and generates reflective feedback that strengthens communication culture. Students in diverse and professional learning environments reported improved confidence, inclusivity, and intercultural sensitivity when AI was integrated into their training. At the same time, challenges such as data privacy, algorithmic bias, and the risk of over-reliance emerged as significant concerns.

The implications for further research highlight the need to explore sustainable models of AI integration that balance technological efficiency with the irreplaceable human dimensions of teaching. Future studies should address ethical safeguards, long-term impacts on learner autonomy, and the role of AI in cultivating globally competent professionals capable of respectful and culturally sensitive communication.
